God Speaks to Us

God chooses to reveal Himself to His children in mysterious ways. Today I was visiting a void space (unused compartment on the ship) during part of the shipyard construction. This space was so enormous that it almost swallowed my LED flashlight beam. I had a sense of being in the presence of a place so huge that it made me feel small and insignificant. At that moment, I realized that is how God’s love would look to us if we could see it in a physical sense. His love for us is so huge, so far reaching and so uncharted that it is like the infinity of outer space. We may feel small and unimportant but the very fact that He loves us and feels the need to show us proves quite the opposite.

“God speaks to us even on the rig.”

God speaks to us even on the rig. All we have to do is listen. He also gives us chances to speak FOR Him. Just the other day I had the chance to witness a little to a Lithuanian electrician that I work with.

For God so loved the world, that He gave his only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 ESV
