1.  Be an active member of either SPE or any of the collaborating professional organizations.  The OCF of Houston is a collaborating organization so if you have attended one or our luncheons, or made a donation, you can use The OCF as your home organization.  Should you need a receipt for proof of membership CONTACT US
2. Have previously worked full time for an energy and or upstream discipline company.  Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
